Jonathan Matthew  Cottrell
Jonathan Matthew Cottrell, age 18 of Dover, TN passed away November 25, 2016. He was born July 30, 1998 in Clarksville, TN son of Matthew Cottrell and Tonya Wallace Emery. Jonathan was a 2016 graduate of Stewart County High School and attended the Taylors Chapel United Methodist Church. He was studying high performance automotive technology at the University of Northwestern Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his father Carter Matthew Cottrell. Survivors include his mother Tonya Emery, Dover, TN, stepfather, Kenneth Emery, Dover, TN, brother, Lane Cottrell, Dover, TN, paternal grandparents, Carter and Connie Cottrell, Dover, TN, maternal grandfather, Mark Wallace, Dover, maternal grandmother, Donna Fritz, Hopkinsville, KY, great grandmother, Lillie Winchester, Hopkinsville, KY, aunt, Gina Link (Chase), Dover, uncle, Chad Wallace (Shannon), Dover, TN, and step-grandparents, James and Sara Emery, Midland, MI.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. Phoebe Jowers officiating. Burial will be in the Taylor Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 pm Tuesday at Anglin Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Dakota Eagle, Montana Eagle, Dustin Kottong, T.J. Campbell, Kyle Byrd, and Anthony Cook. In lieu of memorials, donations may be made to the Jonathan Cottrell Memorial Fund c/o F&M Bank. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
