"Shh! It's the cops!"

It was a few years ago, but I'll remember it like it was yesterday. I had invited Tina and Chris over to our house to help celebrate my husband's (Roy Caley II) birthday. Since he's a New Year's Eve baby, we were planning on all of us having a great time! I had been busting tail all day trying to make things perfect for that night! I called Tina and Chris and told them if they wanted alocohol to bring what they wanted to drink....per my husband's request. Well, after everything had all been set up and Tina & Chris arrived, we went to the garage...shut the doors....and turned on the bullet heater so we would stay warm. My kid brother (Eric Clairday) was in for the holidays and would be leaving in a couple days so I invited him to come too. Eric showed up on his Harley Davidson, and we decided to crank the music a little louder. After a little while of partying and having fun....jello shooters, a few mixed drinks, and a couple Smirnoff Ices later......Eric had left (sober of course). Chris told him it was great to see him and hoped to do so again soon. After Eric left, I heard one of my favorite slow songs playing and asked Roy to dance with me. He was busy messing with the heater and couldn't stop what he was doing...so I asked Chris to dance with me. Nothing wrong with a couple cousins dancing together....It wasn't but maybe a few seconds later we hear a loud "BANG! BANG! BANG!" on our garage door. Chris says, "Shhh! It's the cops!" Roy hollers for me to turn the music down and he checks the door. Apparently our partying was too much for one of the neighbors who always had a problem with our music no matter how loud it was. It was funny thought! You should've seen Chris stumbling over the chairs and his own feet trying to act sober in front of the cop! lol It was hillarious!! THANKS, CHRIS FOR THE FUN AND LAUGHS! WE HAD SOME GREAT TIMES TOGETHER BUDDY! :-) R.I.P.
