Verble Ruth Castile, 85 of Big Rock, TN passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Gateway Medical Center. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Welsh officiating. Burial will follow in the Morgan Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday, September 27, 2014 from 4-8:00 pm and on Sunday, September 12-2:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home.
She was born June 3, 1929 in Stewart Co., TN daughter of the late Whit and Mertie Dennis Wallace. Mrs. Castile was a homemaker and a member of Brandon's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded death by her granddaughter, Valerie Ashby, three sisters and one brother. Survivors include her husband, Robert Castile, Big Rock, TN, son, Robert Neil Castile (Donna), Memphis, TN, brother, Buddy Wallace, Bumpus Mills, TN, sisters, Helen Morris, Cadiz, KY, Thelma Ezell, Clarksville, TN, granddaughter, Stacy Eisenbraun (David), Memphis, TN and four great granddaughters. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Wallace, Justin Fletcher, Ray Fletcher, Tom Earhart, Bobby Gillum and Michael Ezell.
