Betty Lou Dunaway, 83 of Dover, TN passed away on Monday, August 4, 2014 at Manor House of Dover. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at 10:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home with Josh Dennis and Donnie Dennis officiating. Burial will follow in the Stewart Co. Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 from 9-10:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home.
She was born August 19, 1930 in Kentucky daughter of the late Edgar and Abby Gilreath Davidson. Mrs. Dunaway was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Dunaway and son, Paul David Hurst. Survivors include her sons, Charles Hurst, Hendersonville, TN and Jerry Hurst, Clarksville, TN, daughters, Diane Smith, Palmyra, TN, Teresa Dennis, Swartz Creek, MI, and Deloris Jackson, Dover, TN, eighteen grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Joel Dennis, Steve Jackson, Brandon Hurst, Jason Hurst, Larry Turner and Scott Long.
