Condolence: So sorry to hear Uncle Joe passed, I havn't seen him in a long time but he was a wonderful man. My mother Audrey Nation did not know of his passing and would love to have been at the funeral service, she had been trying to get ahold of him for a long time and wasn't sure if she had the right phone number but she left messages. I let aunt Sheila Blanton know and she was also sorry to hear of his passing. She still lives in Florida

Condolence: Joe O'Shia was married to my paternal aunt Frances Dortch (daughter of Montana Kennedy Dortch and Logan Dortch and sister to Batson
and Wilson Dortch, among others) for many years.
I remember Joe as a cheerful, friendly man who was always kind and helpful. We loved him and always looked forward to visits from Aunt Frances and Joe.
My heartfelt condolences go out to his wife Mae, his son Joe, and those others who mourn his passing.
