Kyle Martinez Thornton, age 26, of Indian Mound, TN, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018. He was born December 1, 1992, in Lakeland, FL, son of Lorin Miller and Angela Lorance Miller. Mr. Thornton was a mechanic in the United States Army, 91 Bravo and member of the 304th MP Battalion. He attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Thornton is preceded in death by his grandfather, Lorin Miller, Sr. and grandmother, Annette Lorance. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters Jacqueline Layton, Indian Mound, and Erica Thornton, Woodlawn, grandfather, Kenny Thornton, FL, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, January 6th, 2019, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, with Bro. Melvin Dunaway officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, January 5th, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home and Sunday, January 6th, from 1:00 pm until the time of service at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home.
