This wonderful lady left a lasting impression on me. I was fortunate to be a student in her 1st grade class in 1977. She was a gifted teacher and a loving leader of children...what a legacy she leaves behind. Heartfelt condolences to her family and friends.

To say I loved Mrs. Jean is an understatement. I was in her first, first grade class at Dover elementary and she was such a wonderful teacher. She gave me the very first book I ever owned and created a lifetime lover of books and reading. She was kind and patient and it seemed she never ever had a bad day. I have felt her influence all my life. The world has lost a wonderful, beautiful LADY. My sympathies and prayers for the family at this time.
