Obituary for Jerry Lynn Swift

Jerry Lynn Swift, age 70, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018. He was born December 30, 1947, in Montgomery County, TN, son of the late William Edward and Margaret Louise McNichols Swift. Survivors include his wife, Terry Walker Swift, sons, Jeff Swift (Kim), Tracy Swift, daughter, Missy Thomas (Mike), step- son, Brandon Harvey, brothers, Dale Swift (Rita), Keith Swift (Kim), Sister, Lisa Bevier (Dennis), grandchildren, Haley Kennedy (Matt), Jordan Burkhart (Zach), Killian Swift, Emily Swift, Tristan Swift, great-grandchildren, Ansley Kennedy, Grant Burkhart and Gage Kennedy.
Services will be at Anglin Funeral Home. Service will be Sunday, October 7, 2018, at 2:00 pm, at Anglin Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Saturday, October 6, 2018, from 5 to 8 pm and on Sunday, October, 7th, at 10:00 am until the time of service. Rev. Jacqueline Martin, Rev. Garrette Milliken and Rev. Glenn Byrd will officiate and burial will follow at Knott Cemetery in Bumpus Mills, Tennessee. Pallbearers are Dale Swift, Keith Swift, Dennis Bevier, Mike Thomas, Tristan Swift and Frankie Gibbs. Haley Kennedy, Jordan Burkhart, Killian Swift, Emily Swift, Ansley Kennedy, Grant Burkhart, and Gage Kennedy will serve as honorary pallbearers. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home.
