Neville ‘Jed’ Adam Griffin, age 64, of Dover, TN, passed away, Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
The funeral will be at 2:00 pm Sunday at Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Phillips officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 pm Saturday at Anglin Funeral Home and from 1:00 pm until the time of service Sunday at the Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Church.
He was born March 11, 1953 in Baton Rouge, LA, son of the late James Jackson Griffin and the late Callie Charlene Melton Griffin Trump. He was an Industrial Plant Environmentalist for Nyrstar Zinc Plant. He was a member of the Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his stepfather, William Luther Trump, brothers, James Griffin, Trent Trump, Kent Trump, Dwaine Trump, and Dwight Trump.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Jines Griffin, daughters, Bonnie (Tony) Byard, Indian Mound, TN and April (Ryan) Ricketts, Clarksville, TN, five grandchildren, Brandon (Amanda) Byard, Brittany (Justin) Boyd, Jackson Holland, Amelia Holland, and Miles Holland, sister, Mildred Ann (DeeDee) Gibbs. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers, honorary pallbearers will be the deacons of the Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Church. Arrangements entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home.
