Mr. Lurton H. Pepper, age 85, of Dover, TN, passed away, Saturday, February 4, 2017 at St. Thomas Hospital. He was born June 20, 1931 in Stewart County, TN, son of the late Thomas Henry and Martha Hogue Pepper. Mr. Pepper was a truck driver. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Pepper, three brothers, and two sisters. He is survived by his sister, Sara Compton, Dover, TN.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday at the Heflin Cemetery with Rev. William Gray officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 – 1:30 pm Monday at Anglin Funeral Home. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
