Imogene Outland, age 85, of Woodlawn, TN, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2015, at her home. The funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Saturday, April 25, at the Sunnyview Baptist Church, with Pastor Shawn Trescott officiating. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Friday at Anglin Funeral Home and from 11:00 am until the time of service Saturday at the Sunnyview Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Sunnyview Baptist Church Cemetery, pallbearers will be the men of Sunnyview Baptist Church.
She was born January 8, 1930 in Stewart County, TN, daughter of the late Arthur and Donnie Barrow Pulley. Mrs. Outland was a faithful member and longtime Sunday school teacher at Sunnyview Baptist Church. She retired from Acme Boot Company after 46 years.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Outland, son, Donald “Ducky” Outland, brother, Leroy Pulley, and sister, Helen Daniels.
Survivors include her children, Larry Outland (Frances), Waverly, TN, Jimmy Outland (Gail), Big Rock, TN, Wanda Bryant (Jerry), Woodlawn, TN, Betty George, St. Petersburg, FL, Sandy Brake, Dover, TN, Martha Allen (Robert) Clarksville, TN, sisters, Mary Ann Davis, Clarksville, TN, Betty Jo Outland, Dover, TN honorary son, Graydon Field (Linda), Woodlawn, TN, 15 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
