Doris Jean Milliken, age 75, of Indian Mound, Tennessee, passed away, Sunday, April 1, 2018 at Skyline Medical Center, Nashville, Tennessee. She was born April 25, 1942 in Stewart County, Tennessee, daughter of the late Garland and Minnie Ford Wallace. Mrs. Milliken was a homemaker and attended New Hope Church of God.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Maxie Milliken. Survivors include her sons, Jeff Milliken (Glenna) Woodlawn, TN, James Milliken (Paul) Nashville, TN, brother, Bucky Wallace, Middletown, OH, sisters, Mae Jack, Springboro, OH, Kay Frock, Middletown, OH, grandchildren, Amanda Veillette, Garrette Milliken, and great grandchildren, Garrette Trent Milliken and Skylar Veillette.
The funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm Thursday at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. V.H. Dixson, Jr., Rev. Garrette Milliken, and Rev. Dwayne James officiating. Burial will be at the Dunbar Chapel Cemetery, Indian Mound, TN. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 pm on Wednesday at Anglin Funeral Home and from 12:00 until the time of service Thursday. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
