Lois Evelyn Earhart, 92 of Dover, TN passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at her residence. She was born July 7, 1925 in Stewart Co., TN daughter of the late Forest and Isora Taylor Wallace. Mrs. Earhart was a homemaker and a member of the Dyer’s Creek First Church of God. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Grady Hubert Earhart and brothers, Carl Wallace, Corbin Wallace, Eldon Wallace and Smith Wallace. Survivors include her sons, Bruce Earhart (Dotty), Dover, TN, Gary Earhart (Linda), Dover, TN, daughters, Judy Schilling (David), Norcross, GA, Paula Riddle (Joey), Tuscaloosa, AL, brother, Gene Wallace, Dover, TN, sister, Myrna Royals, Dover, TN, grandchildren, Todd Earhart, Stephanie Shemwell, Cori Belew, Bryan Earhart, Whitney Paroline, 6 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and caretaker, Mary Hutchison.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 10-11:00 am at the Dyer’s Creek First Church of God with funeral services to follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Jeff Wallace officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Todd Earhart, Tad Earhart, Lance Burkhart, Devin Burkhart, Jay Royals and Jeff Royals. Honorary pallbearers will be Byrce Brigham and Zach Shemwell.
In lieu of other memorials, donations may be made to the Monroe Carrell, Jr. Children’s Hospital, Nashville, TN.
