Condolence: Longings of a grief stricken heart:
Sickness, disease and death have all lost, because Jesus at Calvary paid the great cost.
Not just to forgive us and save us from hell_, but to prepare us for heaven when He pulls back the vail.
Life is but a vapor. We are but ashes and dust. But God puts us all back together, to enter heaven He must.
Our place is waiting for that homecoming day. Not a moment too long on this earth will we stay.
When God calls our name it will be just a flash, we will bow down before Him and our crowns we will cast.
At the feet of Christ Jesus, that’s where I long to be. To love and to worship Him throughout all eternity.
As our loved ones go before us unto their reward. This old world loses its appeal to me. I’m ready oh Lord.
By the grave or the rapture Lord take me I pray, for without my departed loved ones I just don’t want to stay.
By your grace I will hold on until my race is run, but I long for the moment when eternity has just begun.
Tell all my friends and loved ones I’m coming when it is time. But until then life’s latter one rung at a time I will climb.
Donna and I know first hand the pain of losing a son to an early death. There are no words or actions that can take that pain away. Only by God's grace, love and comfort will you make it through this time of grief.
