Phillip Anthony  Wallace, Sr.
Phillip Anthony Wallace, Sr. 69 of Houma, LA passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2016 in Houma, LA. He was born February 21, 1947 in Dover, TN son of the late Boyd E. and Dorothy Bowers Wallace. Mr. Wallace was a boilermaker and a U.S. Marine Vietnam veteran. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Shemwell Wallace and two sisters, Diane Anderson and Paulette Wallace. Survivors include his companion, Patsy Trosclair, Houma, LA, son, Phillip Wallace, Jr. (Shelia), Waverly, TN, daughter, Vanessa Compton (Randy), Dover, TN, step children, James Crow, Dover, TN, Derek Crow, LA, Nicolas Crow, LA, Melissa Guidry, Houma, LA, Michelle Foret, Houma, LA, Amanda Naquin, Houma, LA, sister, Sheila Chandler, Clarksville, TN, fifteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 10:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home with Del Morgan and Bill Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery, Big Rock, TN. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 19, 2016 from 3-8:00 pm with a masonic service at 7:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home.
