Beth  Borens
Elizabeth Anne Borens, age 17, of Dover, TN, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016 at the Monroe Carell, Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. She was born April 20, 1999, in Montgomery County, TN, daughter of Todd Borens and Laura Covington. Beth attended Stewart County High School and was a member of the Dyers Creek First Church of God.
She is survived by her mother, Laura Covington, Dover, father, Todd Borens (Jamie), Dover, brothers, Walter Borens, Alec Borens, sister, Allie Stafford, Dover, maternal grandparents, David and Darlene Covington, Rock Island, TN, paternal grandparents, Bobby and Denise Borens, Tennessee Ridge, Dave and Diane Tishko, Dover, great grandmothers, Edna Earhart, Dover, Mariechan Borens, Dover, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life service will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, July 19, at Dyers Creek First Church of God, with Rev. Jeff Wallace officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 pm Monday, July 18 at Dyers Creek First Church of God and from 10:00 am until the time of service Tuesday at the Dyers Creek First Church of God. Pallbearers will be Todd Borens, Laura Covington, Walter Borens, Alec Borens, Bobby Borens, David Covington, and Dave Tishko.
In lieu of all memorials, donations may be made to the Live Like Bella Foundation, information may be found at facebook.com. Arrangements have been entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home.
