Buford Elliott, 90 of Dover, TN passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at the Wyatt’s Cemetery with Rev. Paul Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in the Wyatt’s Cemetery. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He was born March 16, 1925 in Big Rock, TN son of the late James and Ida Wyatt Elliott. Mr. Elliott was a U. S. Army WWII veteran, employed for Weaks Motors, retired from Civil Service, Ft. Campbell, KY and was a member of the Wyatt’s Chapel United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Byrd Elliott, two brothers and one sister. Survivors include his daughter, Rhonda Elliott and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
