Obituary for Annie Yarbrough

Annie Cordelia Yarbrough, 79, Big Rock, TN, died Monday, April 19, 2010, at Sterling House, Clarksville, TN. The funeral will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. David Whitehead and Rev. Morris Lee officiating. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery, Big Rock, TN. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Wednesday and from 12-1 pm Thursday at Anglin Funeral Home.
Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born January 22, 1931 in Stewart Co., TN daughter of the late Jimmy and Cynthia Taylor Mathis. Mrs. Yarbrough was a homemaker, graduate of W.T. Thomas High School and a member of Big Rock Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Wilton "Jerry" Yarbrough, Big Rock; daughters, Cheryll Kirkpatrick (Gene), Smyrna, TN and Linda Patrick (John) Claremore, OK; brothers, J.W. Mathis, Granite City, IL, Luther Mathis, Big Rock, Glendon Mathis, Edwardsville, IL, Larry Mathis, Big Rock, Roland Mathis, Dover; sister, Ollie Bryant, Big Rock; grandchildren, Chad Ezell and Thomas and Matthew Patrick. Pallbearers will be Mike Mathis, Jeff Bryant, Ben Mathis, Rick Joiner, Kevin Mestel and Jeff Feltner. Memorial contributions may be made to the Big Rock Baptist Church Building Fund.
